Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform, website, and related digital services (the “Service”).

By checking the agreement box at checkout and clicking “Donate,” “Enroll,” “Purchase,” or similar, you:

• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• Authorize the payment selected at checkout;
• Acknowledge that access to digital materials may be granted immediately upon payment;
• Consent to conduct this transaction electronically.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with checkout.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Payment Authorization

2.1 Pay in Full

If you select a pay-in-full option, you authorize a one-time charge for the full amount displayed at checkout.

2.2 Installment Plan Authorization

If you select an installment plan, you expressly authorize:

• The initial charge at checkout; and
• Each subsequent scheduled installment in the amount and timing disclosed.

You acknowledge that selecting an installment plan does not reduce the total purchase price and that you are committing to the full purchase amount.

2.3 Stored Payment Method

You authorize our payment processor to store and charge your selected payment method for all scheduled payments.

2.4 Payment Processing

All payment information is submitted directly to Stripe or another third-party processor. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

3. Digital Delivery and Access

Access to digital content and platform features may be granted immediately upon successful payment or first installment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Access constitutes delivery of the purchased service;
• Access may include login credentials, streaming access, downloadable materials, or member features;
• Usage logs may be maintained to verify access.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access upon payment, all sales are final once access has been granted.

No refunds will be issued after access is provided, except where required by law.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing checkout, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer after access to the Service has been granted.

You agree to contact support to attempt resolution before initiating any dispute.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated after access has been provided:

• Your access may be immediately suspended or terminated;
• You remain responsible for the full purchase amount;
• We may submit account records, IP logs, login timestamps, access history, and agreement acceptance records as evidence of authorization and delivery;
• You agree to reimburse reasonable administrative costs where permitted by law.

6. Electronic Signature

By checking the agreement box and clicking “Donate,” “Enroll,” or similar, you:

• Acknowledge your action constitutes your electronic signature;
• Agree that this electronic acceptance is legally binding;
• Agree that electronic records satisfy any requirement for a written or signed agreement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or prohibited disputes.

Termination does not relieve payment obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of your principal place of business, and you waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
