These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform, website, and related digital services (the “Service”).

Access to digital content and platform features may be granted immediately upon successful payment or first installment.

Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access upon payment, all sales are final once access has been granted.

No refunds will be issued after access is provided, except where required by law.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing checkout, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer after access to the Service has been granted.

Termination does not relieve payment obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of your principal place of business, and you waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
